I had the honor of capturing the love shared between my dear friend Tanya, and her adoring husband Ryan. The two exchanged vows in front of close family and friends at the Chateau du Sureau in Oakhurst. Carol of Bellissimo Brides created the bride's classic look.

I am so incredibly happy for this special couple. My heart is filled with joy for the love they have found in each other. I wish them the best that life can give.

I shot this beautiful wedding with Krystal Preciado. The ceremony took place at the famous Yosemite Chapel, with reception at the Tenaya Lodge.

Architectural Work

I was recently asked for samples of my architectural work, and realized I didn't have much! I am usually so focused on people, animals & landscapes that I often don't pay attention to the buildings around me. (Which is interesting since I was an architect major at one point in my college career!)

I've also been playing around with HDR as a fun way to give photos that "WOW" factor.

Helen & Matt

For Helen & Matt's wedding, I had the wonderful opportunity to second-shoot for Krystal Preciado of Preciado Photography. Carol of Bellissimo Brides performed her magic with Helen's hair & makeup, and Simply That! provided the gorgeous flowers.

Helen & Matt were married at the Ahwahnee hotel, in what I must say, was by far the BEST ceremony I have EVER attended. I was blown away by the songs and beautiful message they delivered. It was a very special moment and I feel honored to have been able to capture it. Thank you Helen & Matt, and thank you Krystal. :)

Michelle & George

Michelle & George were married along the bank of the Merced River in Yosemite Valley. Their love shines as bright as the sun that day! I'm so happy to have met them and wish them the best in the years to come. Bride's hair & makeup done by Bellissimo Brides.

I had so much fun with these two! Dawn & Bobby had a destination wedding earlier in the month, and returned to California for a fun little reception with the Groom's family. 2009 has turned out to be a very busy year! I've been working with other local photographers to improve my style and learn some great lighting techniques. Over the next couple of weeks I'll be posting my favorite pictures from my recent shoots, so check back often!
